## How do I print Table Cards, Place Cards & More | Printing One of Each Unique Design

**If you're looking to print custom designs for place cards, table numbers, bunting banners, and more, we've got you covered!**

**Quick Tip:** Please select the total quantity of cards you need. If your exact quantity is not available, select the next larger quantity option. You can combine all of your unique card designs into **one PDF file, with one unique design per page.**

**Example:** If you need 75 unique cards, select a quantity of 80 and upload **one PDF containing 75 pages**. Each page should contain one unique card design.

**Important:** We do not offer blank cards. If you upload 14 unique designs and select a quantity of 20, we will print **only the 14 uploaded designs**. We will not add 6 blank cards to reach the quantity of 20.

### Table Cards

#### STEP 1: Create Your Designs

Design your table cards using your preferred design tool, such as Templett, Corjl, Canva, or another design program. You can also work with a designer to create your files.

**One unique design = one page in your PDF.**

For example, if you need table numbers 1 through 14, create a single PDF containing 14 pages:

*   Page 1 = Table 1
*   Page 2 = Table 2
*   Page 3 = Table 3
* Continue until all table numbers are included

#### STEP 2: Prepare Your PDF

Combine all of your unique table card designs into **one PDF file**, with one unique card design per page.

Make sure to:

* Export your PDF with the **bleed option turned on**.
* Avoid selecting options such as **"Save Paper"** or **"Trim Marks."**
* If your file includes trim marks, that is okay. Our team will clean them up before printing.

#### STEP 3: Place Your Order

Go to our [card order page](https://printsoflove.com/cards) to start your order.

Select your occasion, card type, orientation, size, quantity, and other available options.

**Quantity:** Select the total number of unique cards you need. If your exact quantity is not available, select the next larger quantity option.

**Example:** If you have 14 unique table cards, select a quantity of 20 and upload one PDF containing your 14 unique designs.

**Important:** We will print one copy of each unique design you provide. Selecting a quantity of 20 does not mean you need to provide 20 designs, and it does not mean we will add blank cards.

#### STEP 4: Upload Your File

* Upload your **single combined PDF**.
* Each unique card design should be on its **own page**.
* You do **not** need to upload a separate file for every unique card.

#### **Double-Sided Table Cards**

If each card has a different front and back, place the front and corresponding back on consecutive pages in the same PDF.

**Example:**

*   Page 1 = Front of Table Card 1
*   Page 2 = Back of Table Card 1
*   Page 3 = Front of Table Card 2
*   Page 4 = Back of Table Card 2
* Continue this pattern for all cards

If the **back design is the same for every card**, you do not need to repeat the back design throughout your PDF. Upload your unique front designs as the main PDF, then upload the shared back design separately using the **Back Design** upload option. Please also mention in your **order notes** that the uploaded back design should be applied to every card.

#### STEP 1: Create Your Designs

Design your place cards using your preferred design tool, such as Templett, Corjl, Canva, or another design program. You can also work with a designer to create your files.

**One unique design = one page in your PDF.**

For example, if you have 80 different names, create a single PDF containing 80 pages, with one person's place card design on each page.

#### STEP 2: Prepare Your PDF

Combine all of your unique place card designs into **one PDF file**, with one unique card design per page.

Make sure to:

* Export your PDF with the **bleed option turned on**.
* Avoid selecting options such as **"Save Paper"** or **"Trim Marks."**
* If your file includes trim marks, that is okay. Our team will clean them up before printing.

Go to our [card order page](https://printsoflove.com/cards) to start your order.

Select your card type, orientation, size, quantity, and other available options.

**Example:** If your card measures 4 x 3.5 inches when unfolded, select the 3.5 x 2 inch folded size when placing your order.

**Quantity:** Select the total number of unique cards you need. If your exact quantity is not available, select the next larger quantity option.

**Example:** If you have 75 unique place cards, select a quantity of 80 and upload one PDF containing your 75 unique designs.

**Important:** We will print one copy of each unique design you provide. Selecting a quantity of 80 does not mean you need to provide 80 separate files or 80 designs.

#### STEP 4: Upload Your File

* Upload your **single combined PDF**.
* Each unique place card design should be on its **own page**.
* You do **not** need to upload a separate file for every unique card.

*   Page 2 = Back of Place Card 1
*   Page 3 = Front of Place Card 2
*   Page 4 = Back of Place Card 2

Upload your unique front designs as the main PDF, then upload the shared back design separately using the **Back Design** upload option. Please also mention in your **order notes** that the uploaded back design should be applied to every card.
